At Lone Rider, we want you to feel confident in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. If your purchase doesn't fit your journey, we are here to help you find the right replacement or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
